I cannot express my clear disappointment for this app. It seems so useful and appeals to our wishes yet it is deceitful and useless. It gave the outward expression that it was a quiet, simple and was an easy to use app. This is a failure in the work of timers and I advise you not to waste your time in downloading it. ![]() ![]() To the makers of this app I say that everyone makes mistakes including myself; yet false advertising and trying to take peoples money out of such a minuet app as a timer is no mistake. You devised this cheap plan to make an app that doesn't work properly and used false advertising. Please fix this app and make it decent. Thank you for reading my concerns.

It lets you have a fingerprint as a “passcode” or a pin even both! How to flash android osx 2017. Anyways onto why it’s good, I’ve been using this for a couple of day for my anxiety and depression that’s been coming lately and I wanted a little secret journal that no one can look at but me, I just write little stories about my depression and anxiety that’s been warming up and i sometimes put pics on there depending if I want to or not and apparently this is the one and only app I’ve ever been using so when I’m feeling down, this is the app I come to, so thank you so much! My depression is slowly slipping away but I’m sure this app can help me with my anxiety, too. Thank you, devs. I’ve been using One Day for a week. I thought I was happy until I realized that there is no way to include multiple pictures in the same entry. This is a deal breaker for me. They are adding this feature but only for another fee. Now that I know I have to pay a fee for something so basic I’m considering using the money to buy a different app. ![]() The 3 most important things to me after ease of use are being able to upload photos from my phone, upload multiple photos per entry, and easily back up my entire journal using an export to PDF. Can you suggest the best app with these features? I recently purchased and downloaded ‘Capture 365’ and ‘Day One 2’ for my MacAir and the Iphone. After using both the apps for a few days I decided I liked Capture 365 better than Day One 2. At the present time it’s missing a few features that Day One has such as multiple journals but I think it’s a slicker journaling app. The support for Capture 365 is very good and I’m told by the developers that multiple journal support along with other features will be included in future releases. If Day One is rumored to be the best journaling application, Capture 365 is something to consider instead. I’m ‘write’ there with you Mishell; would love to have a way to scribble notes with my Apple pencil on my iPad Pro. Notability is my go-to note writing app and that could work, but all of my journaling is in Day One (I’ve been using D1 for a few years now). I have messed around with shipping out notes as pdf or jpeg files, then inserting them into D1 – very doable, but cumbersome and not something I’ve figured out how to script a solution for yet I’ll bet that somebody is developing something that supports inking; we’ll probably see it soon. Is there anything out there that is compatible to Memento CLASSIC?? I’m so disappointed with this awesome app’s discontinued status! The developers decided to “fix what wasn’t broken,” and completely start over with a “new” Momento 2/3 app. Considering the time and everything else I invested in the original ( I was even one of their volunteer beta testers), I was disappointed to say the least. Although the new app I’m sure is wonderful in its own way, many of the features and the simplicity of the original are what I am looking for. Furthermore, I’m really not fond of continuing to support this particular developer due to my personal feelings about the way they handled their “upgrade.” Any suggestions?? I looked through all the apps mentioned above as well as those recommended by the comments below but what I’m really looking for is an app that consolidates all these other apps, e.g. I want to be able to view my data from Moves, Foursquare/Swarm, MyFitnessPal, Glow, Runkeeper, etc etc on a day to day basis on 1 app. It will be so useful to see by date how many steps I’ve walked, how many calories I’ve burned, how many calories I’ve taken in, where I’ve checked in and sort all these information by date. Is there such an app available out there, I wonder? ![]() About Bitdefender Bitdefender provides complete antivirus protection for your Mac or PC. I'm in the habit (since many years) of using the space bar when I pan or move around the image. But in Affinity Designer the screen freezes and the little hand-symbol stays in a ”closed-fist mode”. If I try some additional clicking the whole software crashes and it even closes down the Mac OS and I'm brought back to the login window of Mac OS X star-up. My hope and wish is that this bug is removed at the next upgrade. I'm on a Mac Pro, Quad-core Xeon, 32 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 ECC, ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024 MB, Mac OS X 10.10.5 on a Kingston SSD 256 Gb (on PCI-express card), additional 10 Tb of internal storage on 5 SATA bays, original Apple USB keyboard and Magic Mouse is used. Thanks /yeshe. Yes, to me it seems to be connected to a re-draw process too. If I just let go of the cursor for about 10-15 sec it releases itself. But, on occasion, it crashes instead and I'm brought back to the login window of the startup process of Mac OS. It happens even when I deliberately pick the hand-tool in the toolbox (instead of using the space-bar). ![]() Oct 30, 2014 - There's a lot to like about OS X Yosemite, Apple's brand-new. Image size: 4383 × 3103px Having worked for years in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop I'm not used to this and it is a real nuisance, to say the least! I hope you can fix it because there are so many other things about your software that I truly like and I'm hoping to say good-by to Adobe as soon as possible. Thanks /yeshe. I'm having the exact same problem. It's unpredictable and has happened many, many times for me on many different files. I thought maybe it was due to large or complex files but I've had it happen even on 1000x1000 px files with only 1 or 2 layers. Then I thought maybe I had too many other apps open so I tried closing other apps. No difference. I'm led to think it's a bug because Affinity Photo has been able to speedily process much more complicated commands without hiccup. My usual method of combatting this problem is to immediately stop moving my curser, clicking buttons etc., and just be motionless. Typically it takes 5-10 seconds for AP to recoup and be back to normal. If I try to click or do anything during the freeze I will likely get a complete crash. Super annoying. When you run the app first you'll see a message that says 'XXX is an app downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?' , with some info when you downloaded it, what app downloaded it, and the site's URL. When this happens, macOS does several checks, like if it's known malware (checking the XProtect list), checking the quarantine flag, checking if it's signed by a registered developer, etc. Now when you choose 'Open' the quarantine flag will be removed and the app will be allowed to run from now on. Even if you must, we've all pirated an app before, check it with Malware Bytes. First: apps from the Store are, but limits what applications can do. Pretty much any application that customizes macOS can’t run in a sandbox, which is why you’ll have to look elsewhere for tools like Dropbox, which by definition need to work outside the sandbox in order to function properly. There’s also the matter of money. Apple gets a cut of all sales in the Mac App Store, and companies like Microsoft and Adobe don’t like that, which is why Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite won’t be in the Store anytime soon. Even some smaller companies avoid the Mac App Store for this reason. We could go on, but needless to say not everything you want will be in the App Store. DMGs and Other Archives: Just Drag and Drop Most macOS applications downloaded from outside the store come inside a DMG file. Double-click the DMG file to open it, and you’ll see a Finder window. Often these will include the application itself, some form of arrow, and a shortcut to the Applications folder. Simply drag the application’s icon to your Applications folder and you’re done: the software is now installed. It’s so simple it confuses some people—surely there must be more to it than that? Parents get a simple, hassle-free app that takes the tension out of family chores. You Rule Chores By Opposite Inc. Take the chore out of chores and make your kids' responsibilities fun when you use the awesome app to help them tackle tasks. Parents can easily assign, track and judge chores for kids while youngsters compete against siblings to earn rewards and unlock powers in a video game-based chore app, starting with choosing an animated character and embarking on personalized 'missions.' As your child completes assigned chores, they gain new powers, unlock gadgets and earn 'coins' as they level-up. Coins can then be cashed out for rewards you offer, whether it's pocket cash or screen time. Although there is a clear winner each week — the personal who competes their weekly chores first — every week is a new race so each of your kiddos has a chance to win. ^The You Rule Chores app is available on for $4 Lickety Split By Swirly Studios Great for toddlers and preschoolers, a visual timer combined with an animated hourglass and classical music make chores fun instead of a fight.
![]() As the time winds down, the music gets faster, motivating your youngster to chug through chores as well as helping kids grasp the concept of time running out. With two structures for time management — a beat the clock format and a countdown format — kids are rewarded with cheers and fireworks for being quick to clean up or get dressed, or are 'quacked' for not brushing teeth or sharing long enough. You may choose preset times and tasks from the app, but a favorite feature of this app for kids is the ability to customize the length of time and the song you play from your phone's library. ^The app is available on and for $1 HomeRoutines By Wunderbear When keeping organized is your child's biggest hurdle, the chore app is a simple, clutter-free way to keep track of you or your teen's to-do list on your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch with iOS 5.1 or later. You can set up daily and weekly routines, give your child daily goals or easily keep track of your to-do list without having to overcrowd your digital calendar or waste sticky notes. And, while less flashy or rewards-driven than other chore apps for kids, a gold star rewards chart still keeps teens organized and motivated to stay on track. At the end of the day, you can see how much your teen has completed by reviewing the accomplishments screen and resetting for the next day. ^The HomeRoutines app is available on for $5 iRewardChart By Instead of juggling sticker charts or reminding yourself to reward your kiddo once you get home, your mobile phone or tablet can keep track of your child's chores and accomplishments on the go with this award-winning app. Created for the Android, Apple and Kindle platforms, you choose how your child earns stars and how stars are redeemed for rewards. This awesome chore app also weaves in opportunities to emphasize values and good behaviors, which can earn your kiddo stars as well. There are quite a few tasks, values and rewards already built in to make it easy to get this app up and going, but you can also easily add in your own chores and point values based on your child's needs. ![]() There are also free versions of iRewardChart Lite available, which is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch as well as Kindle and Android devices, but it only supports up to one child with up to four tasks per week, which may only help with younger kiddos, but is still effective enough. ^The iRewardChart app is available on, and for $4 Chore Hero By Playforge Games LLC While this chore app for kids is pretty basic, the whole family can pitch in with this app that turns chores for kids into a little friendly competition. You can assign tasks and point values by days and times, but where it really gets interesting is letting the app randomly choose who is assigned the chores — even you! Your child's point totals determine each family member's title, from delinquent to chore hero, but this chore app for kids also lets you decide the rewards for which points can be cashed out. For families looking to keep everyone's chores on task while infusing a little bit of fun, this app is worthy of consideration. There's also a free version which also runs on older Apple devices as well. |
